World Youth Day is a major movement. Airlines and places of accommodation will be in high demand. Making your reservation early gains you several important benefits—

Air Schedule: The number of flights that will neatly fit your WYD pilgrimage are not infinite and will be at capacity during WYD. The most convenient air routing will go to early registrants. Late-comers will have more convoluted or inconvenient flight schedules.
- Hotels (for those enjoying WYD accommodations at hotels): As with the airlines, the most conveniently located hotels are in high demand and their capacity is limited. The most popular hotels will go to the early registrants.
