Why make your reservation now when WYD is not until summer 2011?

World Youth Day is a major movement. Airlines and places of accommodation will be in high demand. Making your reservation early gains you several important benefits—

• Air Schedule: The number of flights that will fit your WYD pilgrimage dates are not infinite and will be at capacity during WYD. The most convenient air routing will go to early registrants. Late-comers will have more convoluted or inconvenient flight schedules.

• Hotels (for groups enjoying WYD accommodations at hotels): As with the airlines, the most conveniently located hotels are in high demand and their capacity is limited. The most popular hotels will go to the early registrants. Hotel will be your choice of 2, 3 or 4-Star.

We strongly encourage you to send in your Group Reservation as soon as possible for the best arrangements.

To reserve space for your group, print your group reservation form.  Complete the form and return it, along with the reservation fee of $25 per person (a credit to the total cost of your pilgrimage - names are not required at this time) to:

FACTS AND RATES FOR WYD 2011

• At this early date, all rates and quotes are Good Faith Estimates for the purpose of helping you decide which WYD program to pursue for your group. Once rates from the airlines and WYD Council are published, your quotation will be finalized.

• Once your quotation is finalized, we will then print your brochures & individual registration forms for your pilgrims. Your rates then become firm, except for any significant changes in the airline fuel surcharge or currency exchange rates.

• We expect the WYD Committee will issue information for WYD fees March 2010.

• Reservations require $25 registration per person (as a credit to cost of your pilgrimage.)  No names are required at this time.  Your reservation guarantees your block of seats for almost any number you wish to reserve. The payment with your Registration Form must be attached to the program you wish to undertake.

• Why should you send $25 per person registration now? We highly recommend that you make the reservation for your group as soon as possible by completing your group reservation form and returning to us. The early registrants will have the best air schedule & hotel locations. See the benefits above.

• The CPO will make sure you are kept informed of anything that may impact your rates so there will be no hidden expense.

Remember, your group pilgrimage is available with any of these:

• Days in the Diocese

• Simple accommodations, hostels, 2, 3 or 4-star hotel

• Centrally located hotel or more affordable non-central hotel

• Pre and post WYD tours
