my sincere gratitude for the excellent service you have provided our
Diocesan WYD 2008 group of 300 young pilgrims. I thank you
especially for the extraordinary care that you have given our San
Bernardino pilgrims during the Days in the Diocese in Melbourne and
Brisbane, and also during the actual World Youth Day stay in Sydney,
Australia.

team for the great ministry and service you are doing.

Everything went quite
well. In fact, I can't think of anything that went wrong.
Perhaps the most difficult thing was waiting for 9 hours for our
connecting flight from LA to San Antonio. I realize that, with so
many pilgrims returning home from Sydney, a long layover was in store.
Otherwise, all went very
well. In fact, I'm quite impressed with the service we received.

Thank you so much for a
great trip to Australia. We all had a powerful and transformative
