Dear Catholic Pilgrim Office,

Thank you so much for organizing our pilgrimage to WYD and being patient with us throughout our registration.  [...]  We had the best bus driver Carlos [...].  He made our first week very enjoyable with his safe driving and pleasant nature.  Every guide was outstanding, beginning with Odete in Lisbon, Rui David at Fatima, Pedro at Santiago Compostela and Gabriela at Lourdes.

Hello!

We are indeed back and recovering from jetlag and all the excitement of our trip.  We had many wonderful experiences in Lisbon, Fatima, Caceres, the Church of the Eucharistic Miracle and Avila.  Madrid was an amazing experience There were moments of great blessing, great physical challenges and spiritual enrichment.

Our tour guides overall were very good and knew their stuff.  [...]  The groups we were with on the bus were great!  We bonded with them and had a lot of fun.  We had wonderful accommodations at each location and the food at each place was great.

Our flights and connections on Iberia went very smooth.  Busses all arrived on time and drivers were helpful.

Hello all CPO Staff:

Now that we have returned home from WYD and are starting to get back into a normal routine, I wanted to take the time to send you an email and THANK YOU for taking such good care of me when I found out that my mother had suffered a heart attack and stroke while I was in Segovia for Days in the Diocese.

"Thank you" just doesn't say enough.  I cannot express how grateful I am to each of you for how well you took care of me during that difficult time.  When I got word about my mother while I was on the other side of the world from her, I was hurting so much. I was so upset that it was difficult to even think straight.

[...]  I was absolutely amazed at how quickly you took care of my flight arrangements.  You were so compassionate and reassuring - it meant the world to me!  I could not have asked for better attention and service!

I also wanted to let you know that once my group returned from Madrid, they are ALL on fire and ready to begin preparations for Rio in 2013!!  Prior to leaving for this WYD, I really had no intentions of attending the next one; however, after speaking with each of you that night and after seeing the Holy Spirit working so fully in the youth from my group, I think God is trying to tell me that my work here isn't done.  Rio bound it is!!!  Hopefully, this time I will be able to stay and I would love to meet each of you personally so I can give you a big hug.  Until then, please consider this a "cyber hug" from me to each of you!!

We will definitely be asking The Catholic Pilgrim Office to take care of our travel needs again.  I'm looking forward to working with each of you over the next two years.

I was very pleased with our stay in Madrid and very pleased with the outstanding service provided to us by the Catholic Pilgrim Office.  Thank you for all of your hard work to make our entire trip wonderful.  I am interested in receiving information regarding WYD 2013 in Brazil.
